Returns & Exchanges

At Stepprs, we want you to love every stride you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
